SHIPPING POLICY
We ship EVERYWHERE in the USA, but our FREE shipping offer is limited to the lower 48 states. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, USVI, and other US territories, just call or email us and we’ll quote you for the most cost effective shipping method to your location.
COVID-19 Update: Transit times have not been significantly affected and remain close to accurate. There can be instances where a shipment takes a few days longer than usual through UPS or Fedex but this is normal operation.
Pumped Up SUP is operating uninterrupted and we will continue to provide industry best products, service and support.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY
We offer the expedited delivery options listed below. The availability of expedited shipping options is dependent on the items ordered and the delivery location, so please call us at (877)-777-1769 prior to placing your order to confirm availability of an expedited service.
The following pricing applies to one inflatable paddle board and any accessories that can be packed with it. Items that need to be shipped separately will incur additional charges. The variance will be depending on location.
$49-$79 - 3 DAY Transit Time
$59-$99 - 2 DAY Transit Time
$99-$149 - 1 DAY Transit Time
Please note packages can only ship after confirming payment which can take our system up to 24 hours and in rare cases up to 72 hours. Pumped Up SUP generally will use UPS for most shipments but may use Fedex or USPS at our discretion for operational reasons.

RETURNS
Products in unopened, unused and re-sellable condition may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price minus all shipping costs incurred by Pumped Up SUP in shipping the order to you.
The customer is responsible for return shipping to the warehouse using a trackable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx. We cannot take any responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages en route to Pumped Up SUP.
A return authorization number is required and can be obtained by calling us at (877)-777-1769 or emailing. Refunds are processed within five business days of receipt of returned products and are credited to the same credit card or payment method used for the purchase.
