Refund policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, in the same condition that you received it in and must also be in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If Pumped Up SUP provides a shipping label for the return the cost associated will be deducted from the refund.

If you need to return an item, please contact us on 877-777-1769 for a return authorisation (RA) number and return shipping address PRIOR to returning the item.

Returns will NOT be accepted for ANY reason without prior RA approval.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the package reaches us safely. For any returns we suggest appropriate insurance and tracking. Returns of items over $100 it is advised signed delivery be requested and for products over $500 returns MUST require signed delivery.

We can not take any responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages en route to us during the returns process so appropriate precautions need to be taken if a return authorisation is approved.
